First and last name, email address, wedding date, photos and videos uploaded to the app.

3. What do we use your data for?

- Create and manage your account
- Confirm attendance (RSVP)
- Manage collaborative albums
- Send notifications about your event
- Analyze usage data to improve service
- Send promotional communications from Wataboda (only if you consent)

4. On what legal basis?

- Your consent (registration, photos, promotions)
- Execution of the contract (operation of the app)
- Legitimate interest (service improvement and fraud prevention)

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your data with third parties. We use services like Google Firebase within the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Does your data leave Europe?

No. All data is hosted on servers within the European Union.

7. How long do we keep your data?

- Photos and videos: up to 6 months after the event date.
- Other data: as long as necessary or until deleted.

8. Your rights (ARSOPL)

Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Portability, and Restriction of Processing. Requests can be made at info@wataboda.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security measures

Encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, manual restore, secure authentication, and limited staff access.

10. Commercial communications

We only send promotions if you authorize them. You can unsubscribe by writing to info@wataboda.com.

11. Cookies

We do not currently use cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent.

12. Data Protection Officer

We have not appointed a DPO because we are not required to do so by law.
